Deadlines for SPCC Plans

Currently existing oil production facilities must update their SPCC plans to meet the new requirements and must implement the updated plan by November 10,2011. Affected facilities that start operations after November 10,2011, must prepare and implement an SPCC Plan withing six months after beginning operations.
                                                                    
Please plan ahead to be in compliance by the deadline of November 10, 2011.
