O.J.C. CO. Consulting Engineers is a civil and structural engineering company with additional growth potential and proven capabilities.  We are a woman-owned professional corporation located in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma.


Our engineers are licensed in civil engineering in the states of Oklahoma, Kansas, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri and Mississippi. Our surveyors are licensed in land surveying in the state of Oklahoma.

Have engineering expertise in civil design such as roads, paving, storm water, drainage control, water supply, and sanitary sewers.














Include design capability in site plans, subdivision layout, erosion control, bank stabilization, concrete and segmental retaining walls and foundation design.














Assisted clients with compliance issues such as Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans and other permitting plans.
